2.Painting inspection: After painting is completed, we immediately use a spectrocolorimeter to measure the color of the paint to ensure that the color of all batches of products is consistent. 3.Packaging inspection: During the packaging process, multiple inspection measures are implemented. Firstly, when overwrap packaging is used, it checks if there are any scratches on the surface, paint spots, unevenness, and side bending of the product surface to ensure the appearance quality of the products. Secondly, the product incision should be uniform and delicate, without any skewed angles, edges, or chips, to enhance the overall product quality.
4.Disposal of unqualified products: Once unqualified products are found, we immediately isolate, label, and dispose of them. In addition, each team has established a reward and punishment mechanism to encourage employees to actively participate in quality assurance work and enhance their awareness of product quality.
